This policy explains how oNEST Lending Solution, a team of Xpert Home Lending, Inc. (NMLS #2179191), handles personal information collected through this website. Mortgage applications are taken and processed by Xpert Home Lending, Inc., which provides its own privacy notices that apply to your application.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. If you use a contact form, we receive the details you choose to send, such as your name, phone number, email address, property state, loan goal and message. The form on this site prepares an email in your own email app. We receive it only when you press Send.
- Information you give when you apply. If you start an application, you leave this site and provide information, which may include sensitive financial information, on the website of Xpert Home Lending, Inc.. That information is governed by the privacy notices Xpert Home Lending, Inc. provides to you.
- Information collected automatically. This site does not use analytics or advertising tools. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and reliability.
- Payment calculator. The calculator works entirely in your browser. The numbers you enter are not sent to us, stored or logged. If you choose to email an estimate, it is prepared in your own email app and nothing is sent until you press Send.
- Cookies. We use a small number of first-party cookies, described in our cookie policy.

How we share information
We share personal information with Xpert Home Lending, Inc. and, as needed to process a loan you request, with service providers such as credit reporting agencies, appraisers, title and settlement companies, and investors. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect rights and safety. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Federal privacy notice for mortgage customers
Mortgage lenders are financial institutions covered by the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act. When you apply for or obtain a loan, Xpert Home Lending, Inc. provides a privacy notice describing the nonpublic personal information it collects, how it is shared and the choices you have. Your choices and rights
We extend the following requests to every visitor, whichever state you live in: ask what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. We may keep information we are required by law to retain, including mortgage application records. Some state privacy laws, including those of Virginia, Maryland, Connecticut and New Hampshire, exempt financial institutions or information governed by the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, so which rights apply can depend on the type of information. We will tell you if we cannot fulfill a request and why.
We honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal. Because this site does not sell or share personal information for advertising, there is nothing further to opt out of, and the signal changes nothing about how we treat you.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal and recordkeeping requirements, which for mortgage loan records can be several years.
Children
This website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Mortgage rate widget
The home page and the calculator page show a national average mortgage rate widget provided by Mortgage News Daily (widgets.mortgagenewsdaily.com). When that widget loads, your browser connects to Mortgage News Daily, which receives technical information such as your IP address and browser type, under its own privacy policy. We do not send them anything you enter on this site, and the calculator and forms on this site are not connected to the widget.

This site links to third-party websites, including Xpert Home Lending, Inc., government agencies and NMLS Consumer Access. Their privacy practices are their own.
